How do I book a meal?

Go to your dashboard, scroll through the booking cards, and tap 'Book' for the specific meal and date you want. You can book meals up to the number of days in advance set by your administrator.

When is the cutoff time for booking?

Each hostel sets its own cutoff times. Usually, breakfast cutoffs are late at night, and lunch/dinner cutoffs are a few hours before the meal is served. Check the 'Cutoff' label on each meal card.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel an active booking as long as the cutoff time for that meal has not passed. Simply tap 'Cancel' on the meal card in your dashboard.

Why is a meal marked as 'Closed'?

A meal is marked as 'Closed' once the cutoff time has passed or if it's a past date. You can no longer book or cancel meals once they are closed.

How do I rate my meals?

After a meal window closes, you'll see a 'Feedback' section on your dashboard. Tap 'Rate Last Meal' to submit your rating and comments for the most recent meals.

How can I request a custom subdomain for my hostel?

Please contact your hostel administrator to request a custom subdomain by clicking on the WhatsApp button on the footer.
